The firm is NOT registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Adviser (RIA), Portfolio Manager, Alternative Investment Fund (AIF), or Mutual Fund Distributor. We do not provide advisory services on publicly traded securities, financial derivatives, or pooled investment vehicles under SEBI’s jurisdiction.

2. THE RERA JURISDICTIONAL BOUNDARY

The firm exclusively provides strategic acquisition advisory for international, cross-border, and offshore real estate assets. Avinaci Realty Partners does NOT engage in the brokerage, marketing, or sale of any domestic properties located within the territory of India. Therefore, the firm's activities fall outside the jurisdiction of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (Indian RERA) and respective State RERA authorities.

5. THE PRINCIPAL-TO-PRINCIPAL STATUS

Avinaci Realty Partners acts as an independent management consultancy providing cross-border market intelligence on a principal-to-principal basis. We do not act as an executing broker, escrow agent, or financial intermediary holding client funds. All cross-border capital remittances are executed directly by the client in compliance with the Liberalised Remittance Scheme (LRS) or FEMA guidelines, and all Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPAs) are signed directly between the buyer and the foreign developer.
